USL Grant Money Hits AZ
US Lacrosse Magazine reports USL grant money requests are up and some of it has been placed in AZ
The 2009 Native American Vision Camp was held in White River, AZ (White Mtns near Pinetop) in June. Sponsored by Johns Hopkins and USL, it involved coaching 50 kids and donating----permanently----equipment for their use.
PLUS.......USL reports over 100 applications for the 2009 USL Lacrosse Equipment Grant Program. And our own Bill Casey in Glendale has now made it at least 101 with his request for equipment for use in various westside high school PE programs.
Last year, 36 organizations received USL equipment grants
